In April 2010, Eleanor Moseman left Shanghai on a journey of more than 10,000 miles, across 3 countries, on one bicycle. This
is where she updates from the road.
HAHA, this thing is so wrong now. When you are riding around – things just seem to change. Also, there is sensitive issues along the N. Korea border so that was excluded. I did go to Manzhouli after all, only to turn around.
Hi Eleanor, just wanna send lots of energy for your journey in China, hope you’ll find what you seek. And i wanted to express my admiration for you because people like you in the world makes the difference even if you re alone.
So good luck and ride safe!
Alex
Thanks Alex, but we are never alone if you keep your heart open to strange and surprising experiences. If it wasn’t for the true generosity of strangers, I don’t know where I would be.
It’s funny, we are always alone, but on the other hand….we never are.
